Today I saw a license plate frame on a car: "Not all blondes are stupid." OK, I'll stipulate that. I couldn't tell if the driver of the car was a man or woman, because the car was quickly making an illegal turn at a red light. No turn signal, two blocks from the county jail, and the car didn't stop at the light. Did I mention that the license plate frame was upside-down?
